What You'll Do
- reputed company inbound and outbound calls to assist consumers in resolving delinquent accounts.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully to build trust and rapport.
- Use ethical, effective, and friendly negotiation techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Schedule
- First 4 weeks reputed company-Friday, 800 AM - 430 PM.
- After 4 weeks reputed company your own schedule between 700 AM - 800 PM, reputed company-Friday. (40 hours per week required)
