The Global Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. This role leads regional field marketing strategy and execution for enterprise accounts across Taiwan, ASEAN, and India across partner marketing ecosystem. To drive targeted demand generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth for enterprise security aligning field programs with regional sales and channels.

Develop Taiwan, ASEAN, and India Strategies

Leading and overseeing all marketing activities by working cross functionally with the enterprise sales and global campaign teams.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing tailored field marketing strategies across Taiwan, ASEAN, and India to accelerate enterprise pipeline creation and deal conversion.
• Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to execute high-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key regional accounts.
• Orchestrating roundtables, summits, and industry events to engage decision-makers and drive revenue growth.
• Managing joint co-marketing strategies with tier-1 channel partners, distributors, and system integrators across target regions.
• Administering Partner Marketing Funds (MDF) to ensure efficient budget allocation, compliance, and optimal ROI tracking.
• Tracking, analyze, and report campaign pipeline performance and revenue contribution across direct and partner channels.
• Managing regional field and channel marketing budgets while maintaining strict financial alignment with sales leadership.

• Be skilled in event management, digital and social media campaigns, and channel partner management.
• Be a strategic thinker and effective executor, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
• Have experience in building trust and consensus across diverse teams, fostering credibility within the organization.
• Be proficient in using marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Google Workspace, Adobe Analytics)
