Job Summary

The Field Support Associate (FSA) is an entry level position that is responsible for assisting the Account Executives with administrative DMVdesk related activities. The FSA will assist Account Managers within a region to ensure that all clients are seen on a regular basis and that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Live scanning (fingerprinting)

• Vin verifications

• Logbook Cleanup

• Computer, printer, and monitor setups

• Drafting floor plans and document collection

• Software Installation

• Assist with DMV Document preparation

• Assists DMVdesk with technical support tickets

Training and Education that will be provided

• FSA will learn how to complete DMV paperwork

• FSA will learn Business Partner Automation Regulations

• FSA will learn how to us DMVdesk

• FSA will Ride alone with the Registration Support team to assist with the processing of DMV paperwork.

• FSA will attend RMP Online Classes

• FSA will learn the rules and regulations of various DMV transactions.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $22.00 - $24.50

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
