- Experience with Output Express and Rapid Tools
- Strong knowledge of WebSphere Liberty
- Experience with Oracle 11g
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python
- Experience working with Unix / Windows / Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Collector (ICC)
- Experience with Business Objects XI
- Knowledge of Peer Net and Concord
- Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
- Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
🔹 Role Overview
- Develop, maintain, and support FileNet content management solutions
- Work with Datacap and enterprise content processing technologies
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues
- Support deployments across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on enterprise content solutions
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using Splunk
