Founding Engineer (Fullstack)
Frustrated by how discourse is so broken on social media that it seems to make us dumber instead of smarter?
Build the world's first Debate Prediction Game with us. Together we'll make discourse fun and beneficial for millions of people and supercharge the collective intelligence of humans and AIs.
Contro is a VC-backed startup leveraging fair markets to empower people and agents. We are driven by the believe that a real alternative to social media is possible when markets are used to set incentives for sharing information and for constructive behavior. This is why we are creating a transformative debating product that rewards sharing reasoning and insight on a wide range of topics, from light-hearted fun to pivotal questions — just like what working at Contro will feel like :)
We are looking for a Founding Engineer (Fullstack) to help us launch and get to product-market-fit with our initial product: Contro's Debates with Skin in the Game.
