Fractional CMO (Full-Time) | Lead Marketing for 3–4 B2B Clients | Remote

Lead marketing for 3–4 B2B clients as their CMO, full-time, with a team of 24 marketers behind you. KEO Marketing is hiring a full-time Fractional CMO. You will be the strategic marketing leader inside each of your clients, and our specialists will carry out the work. This is one full-time job with KEO Marketing. It is not part-time or freelance work. KEO Marketing is an award-winning B2B marketing agency in Phoenix, founded in 2000. Our clients stay with us for 2–12 years. You will report to our Platform CEO, and our founder, Sheila Kloefkorn, will train and mentor you through the transition. What you'll do

• Set marketing strategy, positioning and messaging for each client, tied to their revenue goals
• Serve as the C-level marketing voice in client leadership meetings
• Direct KEO Marketing's specialists in content, digital, automation and analytics
• Run a steady rhythm of weekly priorities, monthly reviews, and quarterly resets
• Track pipeline, leads and ROI, and use data and AI to improve results
• Lead marketing audits and proposals for new clients

What you bring

• 10+ years of senior B2B marketing leadership as a CMO, VP of Marketing or similar
• A record of results in pipeline and revenue that you can talk through in detail
• Experience managing several clients, brands or business units at once
• Hands-on knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing, digital advertising, content and SEO
• Comfort with a CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce and similar) and with marketing analytics
• Strong follow-through and the executive presence to win over a CEO

• Pay: $150,000-175,000 per year
• Job type: Full-time employee, 40+ hours a week
• Location: Remote, with occasional in-person client and team meetings
