LOCATION This is a fully remote opportunity, available to candidates across the U.S. RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize your established tech talent network to source and place candidates in top GTM roles. Work with companies to understand their hiring needs and help fill open roles efficiently. Engage in high-volume sourcing and efficient recruiting practices to maximize placements. Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and advocating for their career success. Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with top talent. Stay up to date on trends in go-to-market hiring and the broader tech talent market. Leverage Betts' extensive talent network and tools to enhance your recruiting efforts. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in GTM recruitment with a focus on roles like SDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketers, VPs of Sales/Marketing/CS, and CROs. Strong personal network of tech professionals actively seeking new opportunities. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and demonstrated ability to source top talent efficiently . Currently unemployed or in a role that allows for a side hustle . Legally authorized to work in the United States.
