We're growing our recruiting practice and looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact.

About the Opportunity

As a Fractional Recruiter, you'll work directly with multiple client organizations, managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a variety of positions and industries. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting but also appreciates flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with clients rather than being limited to one company's hiring needs.

We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates, depending on experience, availability, and client demand.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client organizations and open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Review applications, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with thoughtful summaries highlighting experience, skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and search progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing both Atomus Partners and our clients professionally.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior professional recruiting experience is required.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer and placement.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand their business needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a fractional, agency, or consulting recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with a variety of roles, including technical, professional, operational, and leadership positions.
