Highly competitive and driven to win. Qualifications: 1+ years of freight broker or agent experience. Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach and manage the entire life-cycle of a load. Experience in McLeod is a huge plus. Must reside in the United States. Commission only, 60% of gross margin paid weekly. This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States.
