To optimize operational efficiency, the full-time Software Developer, Front End Web Development will develop and modify software solutions, translating digital designs into production-ready web assets while working remotely. Key responsibilities

Develop and implement complex web components and functionalities on the Sitecore platform, including machine learning capabilities and API development
Collaborate with UX designers and internal clients to define technical needs and enhance user experience
Analyze metrics and optimize existing web pages to improve performance and ensure clean, error-free deployments

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in software engineering or development within an Agile team
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript in a high-volume production environment
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore) and Git version control
Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and optimizing front-end code for performance
