Position: Litigation Attorney OR Associate Attorney Location: 100% Remote in Dallas, TX Billable: 1920 About: An established Texas law firm is seeking experienced Civil Litigation Associates to handle insurance defense matters statewide, with hands-on exposure to cases from investigation through trial and appeal and opportunities for long-term professional growth.
Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation matters from investigation through resolution Conduct pre-suit investigation and evidence preservation Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Required Qualifications and Experience Must have civil litigation experience (Construction defect, product liability, utility litigation, premises liability, or insurance defense) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
