FULL REMOTE - Family Law Paralegal
Position: Family Law Attorney Location: Massachusetts – Fully Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: 100% Remote About the client: Our client is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its team on a fully remote basis across Massachusetts. Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of family law matters
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Assist with discovery preparation and responses
- Coordinate court filings, hearings, deadlines, and attorney calendars
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Assist attorneys with trial and hearing preparation
- Maintain accurate case-management records and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential and sensitive client information with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts family law procedures and terminology
- Experience with divorce, custody, child support, parenting plans, and related family law matters preferred
- Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
