Global Client Account Director, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)
For our client, we are seeking a Global Client Account Director, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This individual will drive strategic account growth across a global data center portfolio, serving as a senior client-facing leader for complex business development efforts. The role will partner with multi-disciplinary teams and regional leaders to shape client solutions, strengthen executive relationships, and influence decisions that support profitable expansion. This is a highly visible opportunity for a relationship-builder who can navigate ambiguity, lead through influence, and represent the organization in global market engagements. Location: Remote Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for profitable growth aligned with global data center objectives. Serve as a visible senior leader who delivers value and successful outcomes for clients. Lead global multi-disciplinary teams to promote the company's services effectively. Influence leadership decisions to align with client priorities. Build and maintain senior-level client relationships. Collaborate with regional leadership to anticipate issues and enhance quality. Connect cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for complex client challenges. Represent the organization through thought leadership and industry engagements. Mentor and support the attraction and retention of client account management talent. Expand business through networking with current and potential clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. 12+ years of relevant experience. Proven track record in developing relationships that drive growth. Strong collaborator in diverse, multi-disciplinary environments. Experience in data center development is essential. Self-motivated leader with significant client-facing experience. Established connections with hyperscalers, colocation companies, and developers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead by influence. Experience with multicultural teams and willingness to travel globally.
