Global Investigator - Triage (EMEA)
About the role TRM Labs provides AI powered intelligence solutions to help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. As a Global Investigator on the triage team, you will be the first line of operational defense processing inbound complaint data and routing cases into investigative pipelines to drive asset freezes and takedowns. What you'll do
- Validate outputs from the AI investigation platform and route dispositions to the appropriate workflow
- Process hundreds of complaint dispositions per week to feed a live asset recovery pipeline
- Catch AI errors such as false positives or misclassified patterns before they propagate
- Enrich complaint selectors using multiple data-source integrations
- Coordinate clean shift handoffs to maintain around the clock coverage
