Graphic Designer Objectives
- Design high-performing ad creatives, landing page assets, and brand visuals for paid social and paid search campaigns
- Own design across the full creative testing pipeline: concepts, variants, iterations based on performance data
- Partner with media buyers and creative strategists to translate performance insights into design decisions
- Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines while pushing creative that stops the scroll
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years designing for paid social, performance marketing, or consumer brands
- Portfolio showing direct-response ad creative and brand design work
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion design skills a plus
- Data-informed mindset: you design to drive CTR, CVR, and ROAS, not just aesthetics
- Fast, organized, and comfortable with high-volume creative output
