Help Desk Analyst – ServiceNow – Phoenix Local (Mostly Remote) – W2 Contract SunSoft Online is hiring a Help Desk Analyst for an Arizona state agency (Enterprise Resource Planning Division). Hard requirements, read before applying:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future, W2 only
• 1+ year of help desk or troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ticket management), this is a hard requirement

The work: Technical support for the state's ERP system (AZ360) and HR/talent software (PageUp). Responding to phone and email queries, walking non-technical users through problem-solving, triaging and escalating tickets in ServiceNow, running data integrity reports, documenting processes, and supporting new-user orientation.
