Help Desk Technician
Help Desk Technician at Craftbridge Digital. Remote anywhere in the U.S., full-time. We're a small software company in Austin. Besides the apps we build, we support the people who use them every day in our clients' offices. They call or open a ticket when a login stops working, a report comes out blank or a new hire needs access by Monday. You answer, solve what you can on the first call and pass the rest to the right engineer with steps to reproduce it. Password resets, MFA, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, printers and shared drives are yours. So is keeping the queue honest. Every ticket gets a status and a reply. Six months or more on a help desk, in IT support or in a customer support job with technical questions. Internships count. You've worked in a ticketing tool like Zendesk, Jira Service Management or Freshdesk. You can walk someone through a fix on a video call without making them feel slow. CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a plus. So is any scripting. Medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays, a training budget and your laptop and home office setup.
