Role Description We are looking for entry-level software programmers, Java Full Stack developers, Python/Java developers, Data analysts/Data Scientists, and Machine Learning engineers.

Assist candidates in differentiating themselves in a challenging job market.
Provide skill enhancement for candidates lacking experience or technical competency.
Support candidates with visa applications, including STEM extension, H1B, and Green Card filing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
Experience in programming languages such as Java, with an understanding of the software development life cycle.
Project work on relevant skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

For Java/Software Programmers:
Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
For Data Science/Machine Learning:
Knowledge of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
Preferred skills: NLP, Text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Time series analysis.
