HR Officer

People First Consult (PFC) is recruiting an HR Officer on behalf of a confidential client in the paint and coatings industry. The successful candidate will support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and staff administration, while helping ensure effective HR processes and a positive employee experience.

The company serves a wide range of sectors, including decorative paints, protective coatings, and marine coatings, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
- Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Support employee relations by addressing HR inquiries and assisting with disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR reporting requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience within a multinational organization.
