HubSpot Project Manager, Travel Portfolio
About the Role
Hypha HubSpot Development is looking for a Project Manager to help manage a portfolio of retainer clients in the travel industry. This person will be the day-to-day point of contact for up to 6–7 travel accounts, collaborating with Hypha team members to keep projects moving internally while also keeping key client stakeholders informed. This is a detail-heavy role that leans as much on relationship management and communication as it does on project execution. Salary: $80k–$85k | Experience Dependent
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day communication with a portfolio of travel clients (up to 6–7 accounts at a time) Organize and assign tasks in the project management platform for the Hypha team members supporting each account Host bi-weekly meetings with each account in the portfolio Set deadlines based on conversations with clients and internal stakeholders Influence marketing strategy across all clients in your portfolio Collaborate with the broader Hypha team on internal project management practices Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on the health and status of your portfolio
Requirements
Deep knowledge of HubSpot Experience with a project management system (Asana preferred) Experience working in marketing or operations for a travel company, or agency experience serving travel industry clients Strong communication and relationship management skills, particularly across a range of client personalities and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and reading comprehension Excellent attention to detail Nice-to-Haves Experience across multiple HubSpot Hubs, particularly Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Content Hub Strong social media skills Remote work experience Start-up experience Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Director of Strategy.
