IAM Administrator

🚀 We're Hiring: IAM Administrator / Identity & Access Management Engineer We are looking for 4 IAM professionals to join an Authentication & Authorization Engineering team in a 100% remote capacity! We are considering candidates at both Level 1 (Junior) and Level 2 (Intermediate) levels. 📍 Location: 100% Remote 🔹 Key Responsibilities Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (AD), AD-LDS, and Enterprise Applications. Manage service principals, application permissions, user/group assignments, and access provisioning. Review application onboarding requests, authentication protocols, provisioning methods, and IAM security requirements. Troubleshoot authentication failures, recurring account lockouts, identity synchronization issues, and Conditional Access-related incidents. Support SSO, MFA, and authentication technologies, including YubiKey, HYPR, and LastPass. Apply least-privilege principles and follow established security standards, approval workflows, and change management procedures. 🔹 Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, service desk, systems administration, IAM, or related technical support. Working knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals, including users, groups, computers, and authentication. Foundational understanding of SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, and least privilege. Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and basic administration of users, groups, and applications. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills. 🔹 Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Enterprise Applications, service principals, app registrations, and API permissions. Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, Kerberos, ADFS, and Integrated Windows Authentication. Exposure to SCIM, Just-In-Time provisioning, AD-LDS, and Entra Connect. Familiarity with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK, and ServiceNow. Experience with Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, and identity governance. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft SC-300, SC-900, AZ-104, or CompTIA Security+. 🎯 Who Should Apply?
