IAM Lead

Job Title: IAM Lead Location: Jersey City, NJ Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: IAM Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice (CSP) background to lead large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while leading distributed offshore and onshore teams. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage with business, security, and technology stakeholders at leadership levels. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 12+ years of overall IT experience. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management. Proven experience managing global teams across offshore and onshore locations. Experience in BFSI domain preferred. Prior experience within a Cyber Security Practice (CSP) organization is highly desirable. Good understanding of enterprise IAM products. Knowledge of .NET and SQL will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities Lead IAM programs, operations, and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. Own delivery, governance, risk management, and service excellence for IAM engagements. Define IAM roadmaps and align IAM capabilities with customer security and compliance objectives. Manage and mentor distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams. Drive stakeholder engagement across business, security, and technology leadership levels.
