Immediate Available- Full-Time Temporary Financial Aid Staff
The Higher Education Assistance Group, Inc. (HEAG) has an immediate need for Financial Aid consultants for a fully remote, full-time, 3-4-month engagement. We are seeking reliable, compliance driven candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years' practical, hands-on experience in the following targeted Title IV processing areas:
- Packaging and repackaging aid for non-term or modular term programs
required
- Title IV Disbursement rules
- Customer service and rapid response to escalated scenarios
- Candidates with
demonstrated experience in Anthology will be prioritized. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A deep understanding of Title IV regulations and workflow
- Demonstrated competency with various technology tools including
financial aid management systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a virtual environment
- Clear written and verbal
communication
- The ability to troubleshoot issues independently and escalate appropriately
- Excellent attention to
detail
- Adaptability to virtual and asynchronous training
