Immigration Case Manager- EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1

Fakhoury Global Immigration (FGI) specializes in business-based immigration. We help our clients with the movement of their talent across global borders. Our firm is focused on providing our clients fast-paced immigration solutions while leveraging cost-effective processes. The candidate must have at least 5+ years of immigration experience with a strong background in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas. Please note this position can either be fully remote or hybrid from our Troy, MI office. How you will be contributing: Manage and oversee a caseload of immigration matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 Visas) Draft, prepare, and review legal forms, petitions, support letters, and application packages for attorney review Track case progress, deadlines, priority dates, and expirations using case management systems Communicate regularly with clients to collect information, provide updates, and explain procedures Liaise with attorneys, government agencies, and other stakeholders Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other government correspondence Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures Ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws and firm policies/SLAs File all petitions and applications with the appropriate governmental agencies Assist attorneys with audit responses, compliance matters, and special projects as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may extend beyond those listed above based on firm needs Necessary Skills To Make an Impact: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills Proven experience handling high-volume and fast-paced business immigration caseloads Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn case management systems Strong attention to details & organizational skills Ability to solve problems, assess immigration categories, and handle complex cases Positive team-oriented attitude, with a desire to contribute effectively to a busy work environment Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in employment-based immigration Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification FGI is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity for all employees and applicants, regardless of race, ethnicity, heritage, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status.
