Immigration Virtual Assistant

We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated Immigration Virtual Assistants to join our team!Requirements
Minimum requirements:- At least 2 years of virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, immigration documents processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
- Industry experiences: Immigration, Legal, Local or International Government, etc.
- Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset
- 50Mbps minimum internet speed
- PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
