What You'll Do

Be the Main Point of Contact: Guide clients, vendors, and internal teams seamlessly through ATM onboarding. Configure & Launch: Translate client needs into system configurations, stage terminals, and oversee live deployments. Troubleshoot & Solve: Fast-track technical issues, debug networking roadblocks, and ensure a smooth rollout. What You Bring 1 to 3 years of technical support, customer configuration, or application support experience. Basic understanding of networking principles and telecommunication environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations. Background in banking, EFT, transaction processing, or ATM systems (a big plus!).
