In-House Counsel | US$90–US$130/hour | Micro1 contractor opportunity Micro1 is seeking experienced in-house counsel for part-time work training and evaluating AI for real-world legal contract review, with a focus on technology agreements and contract risk. The work involves simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises; reviewing AI responses to contract scenarios; creating evaluation frameworks and grading criteria; and working with product and research teams to improve contract review data, guidance and model performance. Micro1 requires at least three years of in-house experience in technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives; strong communication and analytical skills; close attention to detail; and experience working across disciplines. AI or legal-technology experience is a plus. Engagement: Independent contractor, remote and part-time. Micro1 advertises US$90–$130/hour. Compensation is task-based: payment is for completed tasks that meet project specifications. Micro1 states an average handling time of approximately 3.5 hours per task.
