Instructional Content Developer
Piper Companies is seeking an Instructional Content Developer to support enterprise learning initiatives in the technology industry. The Instructional Content Developer role is a short-term, execution-focused opportunity for an experienced developer to quickly step into existing frameworks and deliver self-paced learning content. The Instructional Content Developer role is a 3 month contract opportunity with potential to extend and allows you to work remotely. Responsibilities of the Instructional Content Developer:
- Develop self-paced eLearning and video-based training using established templates and tools
- Create and edit instructional videos and digital learning content
- Build courses using standard authoring tools and predefined frameworks
- Execute against tight timelines with minimal ramp-up
- Provide development-only support to maintain learning continuity
Requirements of the Instructional Content Developer:
- 4-6 years of enterprise eLearning or instructional content development experience
- Hands-on experience with Camtasia, PowerPoint, and tools such as Articulate or Captivate
- Strong technical writing and video development skills
- Ability to work fully remote and adapt quickly to existing processes
- Comfort operating in a non-strategic, execution-focused role
Compensation for the Instructional Content Developer:
- $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
