Internal Operations Coordinator – Overnight
Job Description:
- Document escalations and report unresolved problems to the Call Center Supervisor and/or Field Supervisor
- Notify area managers of issues caused by technology errors, dispatcher errors, or facility complaints
- Take client calls and handle account issues when applicable
- Monitor queue activity to ensure available agents are signed in and ready to take calls
- Assist with monitoring, coaching, and development sessions, providing positive and constructive feedback
- Monitor agents and provide training when appropriate
- Monitor the designated email account
- Send updated attendance notifications to the leadership team
- Monitor the On-Call Supervisor phone as needed
- Maintain discipline and order in the work environment
- Solicit assistance from other departments when incoming call volume or hold times are high
- Lead by example and demonstrate integrity
Requirements:
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of office location at 2550 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 15, Columbus, Ohio 43231
- Medical Terminology: Some Knowledge
- Communication Skills: Intermediate
- High School or better
- Minimum one-year Dispatcher experience
- Must work Monday–Friday, 11:00p–7:30a
