About the mission we offer you:
Job purpose : Support the implementation of the group Site Quality Construction roadmap 2027.
Main accountabilities :
- Support the harmonization of Construction Quality Practices across the TEN Group
- Support the standardization of TEN Group Construction Inspection and Test Plans
- Support the standardization of Site Quality procedures trough TEN Group
- Support Site Quality training and awareness programs standardization
- Consolidate and analyse data and KPI provided from all Construction Sites / yards
- Support the development of Digital tracking mobilization tool of TEN Site QC teams.
- Support the digitalization of Site Inspection (Trought TEN completion tools)
- Cascade Lessons Learned among TEN project sites
Starting Date: January 2027
Duration : 6 months
About you:

- Currently pursuing a technical Master’s degree (BAC+5) in mechanical, Electrical engineering or a general engineering discipline.
- Possesses a former internship in construction fields will be a plus.
- Dynamic and results-oriented individual who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
- Good Communication and coordination Skills.
- Written and spoken English.
- Digital solution oriented
