Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced Registered Representatives / Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial professionals who value autonomy, personalized support, and the culture of a close-knit, service-oriented firm. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage your own book of business through client acquisition and retention Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice based on client needs and goals Recommend suitable products such as mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and retirement solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FINRA, SEC, and state) Use firm-approved platforms and tools to manage accounts and provide ongoing client service Required Qualifications: Active FINRA Series 6/7 or 65 Preferred Qualifications: Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with a Life Insurance license, or Active FINRA Series 6 and 63/65 licenses with a Life Insurance license Life Insurance license Experience working with or registered under a Broker-Dealer and/or RIA Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Self-motivated and capable of operating independently What We Offer: Competitive pay structure, independent contractor position; commission-based compensation only.
