Required 5 Years - Strong experience with Struts or JSF JEE application frameworks, JSP/Tiles, Spring framework, tag libraries, iBatis, and SQL. Required 5 Years - Experience with middleware servers like Weblogic. Required 5 Years - Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
