About the Role

DataCore Technologies is seeking a Java Developer to contribute to its technology team. The role involves database optimization, service ownership, application development, and improving existing systems. You will collaborate with engineers, support junior team members, and contribute to a code-review culture. Key Responsibilities

Optimize database queries and schemas to support high-throughput workloads. Take end-to-end ownership of a technology service, including Time Management schema responsibilities and participation in the on-call rotation. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an effective code-review culture. Collaborate with engineers in Hot Springs, AR, to address complex Prioritization edge cases. Develop Flask dashboards to help the technology team access key metrics. Build a React-based customer-centric application rewrite to address existing technical debt. Monitor React error budgets and manage application stability.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on familiarity with Ruby. Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels. Ability to work effectively in a remote-native environment.
