Type: Full Time/W2 with Infinite Computer Solutions Job Description: We are seeking a Medicaid/MMIS Technical Manager with strong Java full-stack expertise to lead development and delivery of scalable healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of Medicaid applications (claims, eligibility, enrollment). Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams. Lead architecture, design, and development using Java full-stack technologies (Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, REST APIs). Drive hands-on development when needed, especially in critical components and solution design. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, CMS). Collaborate with business and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues. Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and implementation of best practices. Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern/AI technologies. Requirements: 8 12 years of IT experience with a technical leadership background. Strong Medicaid/MMIS domain experience (MMIS preferred). Hands-on Java full-stack development experience. Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and databases. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
