JavaScript Technical Interviewer
Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for Technical Interviewers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews for JavaScript developer roles to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in JavaScript, including both front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (such as Node.js).
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and refine interview questions that are both challenging and reflective of current industry standards and job requirements.
- Provide detailed feedback and assessments to the hiring managers to help make informed decisions in the recruitment process.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and frameworks to ensure assessments are relevant and comprehensive.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in JavaScript development, with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience in roles involving technical interviewing, mentoring, or training is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex technical issues and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
