Hiring: JD Edwards (JDE) Applications Support Specialist 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Duration: 6 Months (Contract / Contract-to-Hire) We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Applications Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP/JDE application support experience, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 application support for JD Edwards (JDE) ERP and related enterprise applications. Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues within established SLAs. Support applications including RF-SMART, SOM, IQVIA, EDI integrations, and related business systems. Identify and troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, data, and user-related issues. Coordinate with business users, IT teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and managed service providers. Manage multiple incidents, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities. Assist with IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance activities, including user access reviews, change management evidence, access certifications, and audit support. Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT application support experience preferred. Hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) ERP support experience is highly desirable. Strong application troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting enterprise applications and production environments. Strong communication, documentation, and incident management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ITGC, SOX, access controls, and audit support is a plus. Additional Details Fully remote opportunity for candidates with relevant JDE support experience.
