Junior Bookkeeper
LNM Financial Services/Firmly Profits is looking to add a full time bookkeeper to our growing team. Job Responsibilities
- Categorize and record financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and troubleshoot any issues.
- Review and code receipts, invoices, and bills in Quickbooks Online
- Maintain records and information for each client.
- Perform month-end close.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Stay current on accounting concepts, practices, regulations and essentials.
- Handle general tasks for the team as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of clients' information.
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Ideal qualifications/skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Eager to learn and shows initiative
- Capacity to regularly fulfill deadlines
- Previous experience with Gusto, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc…), Asana.
