Your Mission 

You will report to the Head of People Operations and support the administrative duties and processes that keep Construo running smoothly across multiple jurisdictions (Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, and Slovakia). This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR and employment law fundamentals, working closely with an experienced People Operations team, across the full employee lifecycle. 

As a Junior HR Assistant, you will help with HR-related queries, documentation, and processes as you develop your skills in People Operations. Part of your daily tasks include: 

• Support the Head of People Operations with day-to-day administrative and HR tasks 

• Help maintain employee records, employment contracts, and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and confidentiality 

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members 

• Help answer routine HR-related queries from employees 

• Support payroll-related administrative tasks and data analytics 

• Work as a team player towards bringing excellence to Operations at Construo 

• Help us shape an emerging corporate culture of excellence 

Your Story 

• You have a degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field 

• At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations 

• Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality, with the diligence and care needed to handle sensitive information responsibly 

• Good organizational skills  
• Good written and spoken English (B2/C1)
