Job Overview
The Key Accounts Executive will manage key customer relationships, understand client requirements, identify business opportunities, and support customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Act as a primary contact for assigned customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
- Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and payments.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and account records.
- Prepare regular account and sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in key account management, sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial and business development orientation.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems will be an advantage.
