Language & Reading Tutor

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Language & Reading Tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. If you're passionate about supporting students — and you want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do:

• * Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's reading level, literacy goals, and unique learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans focused on core literacy components (such as phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, or essay writing) that align with grade-level standards and student needs.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, decoding challenges, and comprehension building blocks to foster confidence and a love for reading.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners regarding reading growth and language milestones.

Why tutors love working with us:

• Fully remote — tutor from home on your own computer
• You set your schedule — choose your availability and update it anytime
• You set your hourly rate — and negotiate per job based on the scope of work
• Steady opportunities — with hundreds of new students signing up daily, we match jobs to your email based on the subjects and student populations you're best suited for

Note: Many of our assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.
