Lead Digital Events Manager
Owning the global strategy for digital events, the full-time Lead Digital Events Manager will design, scale, and optimize a comprehensive portfolio of webinars, virtual experiences, and on-demand sessions while driving measurable pipeline outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
- Manage the global calendar and execution model for the digital events portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise buyer personas and GTM priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital events into broader demand generation strategies and pipeline acceleration efforts
- Develop full-funnel reporting and attribution frameworks to measure event performance and drive channel efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital events, or integrated campaign roles
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with webinar and virtual event platforms, as well as marketing automation and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ownership of a digital events program with direct pipeline accountability
- Experience with AI tools to enhance content creation and event performance analysis
