Lead Salesforce Software Engineer

Lead Salesforce Software Engineer (Remote) Platform Scope: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud integrations, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and connected enterprise systems. Role Overview: Lead technical aspects of a Salesforce pod including developers, QA, analysts, and admins. Provide hands-on leadership for Sales, Service, and Configuration projects including enhancements, support, and delivery. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs and implementation plans. Guide and review development, configuration, automation, integrations, and security. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and scrum masters for agile delivery. Lead design reviews, manage risks, and ensure technical quality and governance. Support CI/CD, release management, troubleshooting, and documentation. Mentor team members and suggest platform improvements. Requirements: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years of Salesforce platform experience with senior leadership roles. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, APIs, security, and platform configuration. Strong agile/scrum delivery experience. Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce administration. Knowledge of integration patterns, DevOps, and Salesforce performance tuning. Experience with technical risk management, production support, and documentation. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Preferred: Master s degree or Salesforce certifications. Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services). Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems. Experience with complex data migration and global delivery models.
