Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

Location Details: Remote (EST/CST preferred) Role Overview: You will support recruiting across Product, Engineering, and Global Security organizations. You will partner with HR business partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, clarify role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and develop effective strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build trusted stakeholder relationships, develop pipelines for critical and niche skill sets, and deliver an organized, professional candidate experience. Responsibilities: Act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders by developing and driving recruiting strategies in competitive technology talent markets. Manage recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and requisition close. Build qualified candidate pipelines for critical roles through market research, targeted outreach, referrals, professional networks, talent databases, job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms. Promote interview excellence by preparing interview teams, facilitating debriefs, and helping ensure candidates are evaluated consistently against role requirements. Recruit and conduct behavioral-based interviews. Partner with hiring teams to support interviewer preparedness and effective interview processes. Champion a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent follow-through. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information. Required Qualifications: Eight or more years of strategic recruiting experience in the technology industry, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong technical recruiting experience within a software or cloud company. Experience recruiting across a wide range of skills and positions, from individual contributor roles through senior leadership, in a technology environment. Demonstrated success delivering recruiting results in a demanding, high-growth environment. Direct sourcing and candidate-pipeline expertise using a range of methods and approaches. Strong relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers. Experience advising talent stakeholders through research and presenting data to influence hiring decisions. Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting recruiting across multiple functions, including Product, Engineering, and Global Security. Experience with employment policies and procedures, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, pay equity, and Americans with Disabilities Act regulations.
