Learning Solutions Associate
Responsibilities
Kforce's client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Solutions Coordinator to support the delivery and administration of learning programs across live, virtual, and digital environments. This role partners with Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to manage learning requests, content, LMS activities, and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities: Support learning requests from intake through delivery Organize, maintain, and update learning content and materials Source and evaluate internal and external learning resources Review learning requests for accuracy and learner experience Support LMS and other learning technology platforms Maintain content metadata, tagging, version control, and lifecycle documentation Prepare and review learning communications and materials Proofread content for accuracy, quality, and compliance Prepare audit-ready learning and compliance documentation Upload and maintain approved learning materials within LMS platforms Troubleshoot learning system and content issues with appropriate teams Manage multiple concurrent requests and provide status updates Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in a virtual, matrixed environment Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 1-3 years of Learning & Development, training coordination, learning operations, or related experience Strong client-service mindset Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong proofreading, editing, and documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collaboration tools

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
