Learning Specialist
To enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, the remote Learning Specialist II will manage onboarding logistics, deliver engaging training sessions, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement in people programs. Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary onboarding point of contact for new hires and hiring managers, monitoring and responding across onboarding channels
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training events to new hires within their first 90 days
- Lead onboarding projects from start to finish, partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of program management experience, ideally for people-related programs in organizations with over 2,500 employees
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments
- Proven ability to drive program improvement based on end-user feedback and industry insights
- Collaborative team player with experience building stable working relationships to support organizational success
