Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, a solid understanding of relational and family systems, and experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a range of emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral concerns. Care is delivered within a structured virtual environment that supports continuity, professional collaboration, and consistent clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scheduled psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals Apply evidence-informed interventions appropriate to relational and family concerns Evaluate treatment progress and revise goals when clinically indicated Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in scheduled case consultations, clinical meetings, and professional development activities Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health field Experience in outpatient or similar settings preferred Comfortable using digital platforms for care and documentation 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match We welcome qualified clinicians to apply.
