About Us
United 1 Mortgage is growing and adding experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers. We’re licensed in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Alaska, and Washington, D.C., with more states coming. We’re looking for loan officers who put borrowers first and want room to grow. What You’ll Do
- Guide borrowers through purchase and refinance loans from application to closing
- Build referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals
- Find and develop new business through your own network and leads
- Review borrower finances and recommend loan programs that fit (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and more)
- Work with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to close loans on time
- Stay compliant with federal and state lending rules
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMLS license in one or more of our states
- Mortgage origination experience (a proven production history is a must)
- Good knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and the loan process
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Experience with an LOS and CRM tools preferred
