What You'll Do
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the real estate transaction process Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building Conduct property showings, open houses, listing presentations, and buyer consultations Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and pricing recommendations Negotiate contracts and guide clients from contract through closing Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication Stay informed on local market trends, housing conditions, and Florida real estate regulations Utilize technology, CRM systems, and marketing tools to grow your business Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within your local market
