Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data collection and client assessments. Facilitate outpatient telehealth group therapy session(s). Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Engage with families to provide support and resources as needed. Stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling and behavioral health. Full-time therapists have 35 sessions scheduled weekly with 4 week-night after 5 pm, or 3 week-night after 5 pm and 1 weekend availability to total 12 direct hours provided for weeknight/weekend hours. Full-time therapists complete one 500 work mental health blog and a 30-60 second video summarizing/discussing blog which is submitted monthly. Other job duties as assigned. Skills Strong understanding of outpatient therapy practices. Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and data collection methods. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues. Proficient and trained in evidenced practices like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, eating disorders, and beyond. Competent in providing long-term psychotherapy services with a wide array of eclectic therapeutic approaches. Proficient and punctual in clinical documentation such as progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment planning. Ability to create a supportive environment that fosters trust and healing for clients. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities tailored for diverse populations. Schedules Employees have options to set their work schedule. This can vary with a 4-day-a-week 10-hour shift, Monday-Friday 5 day work week shifts, or variations through the 7-day calendar week. Work setting is entirely remote Benefits and supports of a group practice, billing, and administrative team.
