Litigation Associate
Our client is a boutique big law spinoff firm, whose "diverse and extensive experience allows them to advise, advocate and defend across a range of practice areas, clients and geographies is seeking at an associate with the following: Minimum 3 years experience as an attorney (private practice or government) Solid and Proven writing skills and research skills and writing with regard to complex matters/securities/breach of fiduciary duty is a plus. Experience with antitrust, FCPA, white collar, or government investigations or other related areas is a plus Ideally some experience with both civil litigation and criminal/regulatory cases Some specific experience with writing for a court of client involved in litigation. A former US District Court clerk would be good. Ability to work independently and remotely but also collaboratively with the other lawyers and analysts at our firm Experience with document review on platforms such as Relativity Comfort with project work National admission (anywhere in US) Salary - $$ contingent on experience They are now looking for additional help in USAO forfeiture matters—preferably someone with USAO or AUSA experience.
